At EcoSun, we know the RES market very well. We have trusted partners in photovoltaics. We work with top brands (e.g. Jolywood) and the best suppliers of PV modules, batteries, support systems or accessories.

Should the product not meet expectations, we provide the opportunity to return goods purchased online, under the right of withdrawal from the contract concluded online: Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014<\/a>., which implements EU Directive 2011\/83<\/a>.

How much time is there to return goods purchased online?<\/strong>
<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You have the right to return goods purchased online within 14 calendar days, calculated from the moment you take possession of the item or the day you conclude a service contract.
The consumer has 14 days to return the goods, the funds on account will also be returned within 14 days.

To cancel the purchase (withdraw from the contract) you must:<\/strong>

The complaint notification can be given<\/strong>:
