General Provisions:
The administrator of the data is EcoSun S.A. with headquarters at: Namyslow, 46-100, pl. Wolności 12, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs under KRS: 0000872004, NIP: PL7521462089.
Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable laws, and data storage takes place on secured servers.
For the interpretation of terms, the glossary of Terms and Conditions shall be used or as described in the Privacy Policy (if it follows directly from the description).
For the purpose of better perception of the Privacy Policy, the term “User” is replaced by “You”, “Administrator” by “We”. The term “RODO” means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
We respect the right to privacy and ensure data security. For this purpose, among other things, a secure communication encryption protocol (SSL) is used.
Personal data provided in the forms are treated as confidential and are not visible to unauthorized persons.
Data Administrator:
The service provider is the data controller of its customers. This means that if you have an Account on our site, we process your data like name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, position, place of work, IP address.
Personal data is processed:
– in accordance with data protection regulations,
– in accordance with the implemented Privacy Policy,
– in the scope and for the purpose necessary to establish, shape the content of the Agreement, change or terminate it and the proper implementation of Services provided electronically,
– to the extent and for the purpose necessary to fulfill legitimate interests (legally justified purposes), and the processing does not violate the rights and freedoms of the data subject
Each data subject (if we are the data controller) has the right of access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, the right to object, the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

We reserve the right to process your data after termination of the Agreement or withdrawal of consent only to the extent for the purpose of pursuing possible claims in court or if national or EU or international law obliges us to retain the data.
The Service Provider has the right to share the User’s personal data and other data of the User with entities authorized under applicable laws (e.g. law enforcement agencies).
The deletion of personal data may occur as a result of withdrawal of consent or filing a legally permissible objection to the processing of personal data.
The Service Provider shall not share personal data with any other entities than those authorized under applicable laws.
We have implemented pseudonymization, data encryption and have access control in place so that we minimize the impact of any data security breach.
Personal data is processed only by persons authorized by us or by processors with whom we work closely.
What are cookies?
These are small text files sent by the web server and stored by the browser’s computer software.
