RETURNS
At EcoSun, we know the RES market very well. We have trusted partners in photovoltaics. We work with top brands (e.g. Jolywood) and the best suppliers of PV modules, batteries, support systems or accessories.
Should the product not meet expectations, we provide the opportunity to return goods purchased online, under the right of withdrawal from the contract concluded online: Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014., which implements EU Directive 2011/83.
How much time is there to return goods purchased online?
You have the right to return goods purchased online within 14 calendar days, calculated from the moment you take possession of the item or the day you conclude a service contract.
The consumer has 14 days to return the goods, the funds on account will also be returned within 14 days.
To cancel the purchase (withdraw from the contract) you must:
⦁ send the relevant information by e-mail to the following address sale@ecosun.online
⦁ send the package with the returned products to the following address EcoSun pl. Wolności 12, 46-100 Namysłów, Polska lub dostarczyć ją osobiście.

Something is not working as it should? We’ll fix it!
The complaint notification can be given:
⦁ by telephone +48 534 330 003,
⦁ by email to sale@ecosun.online,
giving a description of the reason for the complaint and information on the expected manner of processing – such as repair, replacement of the product with a new one, price change, etc. At EcoSun, we try to consider complaints promptly, within 14 days of notification at the latest.
